Celebrate your little one’s big day with a Cake Smash session! It’s a fun, relaxed way to mark their birthday - because let’s face it, they already have all the toys they could ever need!

Cake Smash sessions are most popular for 1st and 2nd birthdays and include everything you need:

  •  A beautiful cake (no need to bring your own!)

  •  Balloons & a number balloon

  •  Optional outfits to borrow

  •  Classic baby portraits before the cake comes out

  •  Family & sibling photos

  •  A little bath to splash in at the end

I keep my setups simple and timeless, with a neutral backdrop that keeps the focus on your baby. I don’t do themed sessions, but if you’d like a subtle pop of colour in the balloons, I’m happy to include that!

Each session lasts 40 - 60 minutes and is split into three parts:

1. Baby, sibling & family portraits (if you’d like them)

2. The main event—smashing the cake!

3. A warm, bubbly splash in the bath to finish

It’s all about capturing real smiles, messy fun, and beautiful memories to cherish forever.

With every studio session you will receive a beautiful, carefully edited gallery of 60 to 80 images to choose from.

My gallery turn-around time is around 5 - 7 days from your session, so please bear this in mind when booking (if you'd like their photos ready for their birthday)
